It was early November when we discovered extensive water damage to our interior walls, hardwood floors and carpeting.  With plans to entertain about twenty friends and family for the Thanksgiving holiday, our first thought was to cancel our celebration.  But after spending almost a week wading through the insurance bureaucracy, we were very fortunate to have been referred to you.  Your professionalism and eagerness to accommodate our need to have repairs completed expeditiously convinced us to keep our holiday plans in place.  To say your exceeded our expectations would be an understatement.  Not only did your teams complete all of the work with days to spare, they were easy to work with and well-prepared.  Quite frankly, while showing our guests pictures of what the kitchen and dining room had looked like only days earlier, they were incredulous your folks were able to remove the damaged walls and woodwork, quickly install new sheetrock, carpet and tile, and then finish painting in such a short amount of time.  And the quality of your work impressed even the most demanding members of our family!

Select Floors installed hardwood floors in our great room and laundry room.  The three men who did the job came on time, introduced themselves, and were polite to us.  They worked carefully, efficiently, quickly, and evidently were knowledgeable about their work.  When they were done laying the floors, they took ample time to remove debris from the house and sweep the floors.  We are very pleased with the appearance of our new floors.  They certainly improve the look and value of our home.  Finally, the bill was exactly as quoted - no hidden extras.  Overall, it was a pleasure to do business with Select Floors.
