● Spruce up the inside as well. Also, you might consider adding a little function, such as a lazy Susan or some pull-out drawers for convenience and extra storage.

The obvious reason is that it’s cheaper. But, as they say, time is money, and this takes a lot less time than actual replacement. While you will have to clear out the cabinets just before the process, you won’t have to remove appliances or worry about floor damage.
